Calvary Food Ministries

Items collected are shared with those who come by the church with a need for food. 

We have very little food left that we give to those needing food assistance. We are in need of “street food.” Food that can be opened without a can opener and does not require heating. Please bring your food to help us replenish our supply. Thank you! 

We partner with Cabarrus Meals on Wheels to provide a meal to those in the community on Thanksgiving day.  We need volunteers to help make food, organize drivers, pack and deliver food.     

Calvary collects canned food for Cooperative Christian Ministries throughout the year.   

Calvary works with CCM and hosts a Mobile Food Pantry where residents of Cabarrus County are able to stock up on needed grocery items.  

Each week during the school year, volunteers pick up food backpacks from CCM and deliver to Winecoff Elementary for students in need.  This provides meals over the weekends when they are not in school.
